Donald Schwandtner

Donald Bruce Schwandtner, age 67, of Ocean View, Delaware, passed away on February 13, 2026. Born in Perry Hall, Maryland, he was the son of the late Edward and Mary Schwandtner.

Donnie dedicated his life to his trade as a brick mason. Outside of work, he enjoyed fishing, boating, gardening, and cooking meals for those he loved. He will be remembered for his great sense of humor and his stubborn spirit.

He is survived by his loving daughters, Danielle Schwandtner, Crystal Green (Danny Green), and Amandra Kelly (Logan Kelly); his grandchildren, Austin, Kailyn, Nathan, Colin, Emerson, Luella, and Hubert; and his brothers, Dennis Schwandtner, Richard Schwandtner, and Roger Schwandtner.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his former wife, Chyerl Schwandtner, and his brother, Edward Schwandtner, Jr.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, March 9, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. in Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 7527 Harford Rd, Parkville, MD, followed by a celebration of life at Gunpowder Lodge in Kingsville, MD.

He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
